These Terms govern your use of nailstudiodesign.com (the "Site"), operated by an individual sole proprietor trading as NailStudio, based in New Mexico, USA. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.

2. The Service

NailStudio provides a nail-design quiz, a design gallery, and an AI "Try-On" tool that generates a preview image combining a reference nail design with a photo of your hand. Generated images are AI-simulated approximations for inspiration purposes — they are not a guarantee of how an actual manicure will look, and are not professional nail-care, medical, or cosmetic advice.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of any photo you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited license to process, host (including via the third-party services described in our Privacy Policy), and transform that photo solely to generate your requested result.

You confirm that any hand photo or reference image you upload is either your own, or one you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or any content that is illegal, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't use the Site to upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Site or its AI generation pipeline.
Don't use generated images to misrepresent an actual salon result to a third party (e.g., a client).

5. Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure

The Site may display third-party advertising and, in the future, affiliate links to nail-care products. Where present, affiliate links will be labeled. We may earn a commission on purchases made through affiliate links, at no extra cost to you.

6. Third-Party Services

Generating a try-on image relies on third-party services (image hosting and AI image generation). We aren't responsible for outages, delays, or content-policy decisions made by those third-party providers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all generated images are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NailStudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including dissatisfaction with a generated image or an actual manicure inspired by one.

9. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Site evolves. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
